We don't collect what we don't need. Our systems are architecturally incapable of bulk surveillance. This isn't a policy — it's silicon.

Synapse.AI collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. This includes account credentials (email address and hashed password), usage telemetry that is aggregated and anonymized at the point of capture, and communication records you explicitly submit through our contact forms. We do not collect biometric data, behavioral profiles, or third-party tracking signals.

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the Synapse.AI platform. We do not sell, license, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be used internally to improve model performance.

Account data is retained for the duration of your relationship with Synapse.AI. Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable information is purged from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is air-gapped from public internet access at the inference layer. Access to user data is restricted to a principle-of-least-privilege basis with full immutable audit logging.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Submit a request to privacy@synapse.ai and we will respond within 72 hours. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable international privacy frameworks.

This Privacy Policy was last updated January 1, 2025. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
