By accessing the Synapse.AI platform you agree to the following terms. Last updated January 1, 2025. We don't do buried clauses.

By creating an account or accessing any Synapse.AI service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing Synapse.AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Synapse.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform solely for your authorized purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or reverse-engineer any component of the platform.

You may not use Synapse.AI to develop weapons systems, autonomous surveillance apparatus, or any application that violates applicable law. You may not attempt to circumvent our security controls, scrape our systems, or use the platform to train competing AI models without explicit written authorization.

All technology, models, interfaces, and documentation provided by Synapse.AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of Synapse.AI Inc. Outputs generated by our models using your data inputs are licensed to you for internal use. We assert no ownership over your input data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synapse.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts of Delaware.
